The episode begins with Van Anu walking into the school committee meeting escorted by the principal .
The chairman questions Anupama . Anupama refuses to accept the incident as her fault , she accuses administration of being at fault . Administration tries to blame her .. for being careless in the class, of having troubled married life , of not being able to concentrate on class safety . Anu states she was very careful about students safety , she was busy with controlling naughty kids when the incident happened . The school management had placed Gas burner instead of induction burner, she had refused to take class with gar burner but management forced her , she shows CCTV footage of the argument she had with the management . Anu and School administrators have argument, Anu refuses to give in.
At Shah house Baa is cursing Anupama for being adamant n putting up a fight and putting her daughters future at stake .
Chairman sees the cctv footage , Anupama points out that there was no fire extinguishers placed by the management in cooking class also there was no emergency exits arranged for students. chairman wants witnesses to her argument with the administration that day as the video was silent . Anupama states she had her truth with her , she refuses to sign any paper accepting the blame , she wants of her daughter was dismissed from school because of this she would not remain quiet , she would take to the newspapers to defame the school .Pakhi is seen peeping into the meeting secretly n watching the argument and keeping baa posted about it on mobile phone.
Right then Anupamaa’s students barge in forcibly . Anupama dissuades them from being indisciplined. Students pleads chairman not to punish their teacher , she had saved their lives risking her own life . They give witness that they had heard her refuse to take class with gar stove , one student accept he was being naughty and he should be punished and not their teacher Anupama . Anupama gets emotional and tells Chairman that neither a mother nor a teacher will accept what is untrue
Students ask chairman’s that they were taught to be truthful n honest then why was Anupama being asked to be untruthful , and why was administration not accepting their fault honestly ?? school Principal then tells Chairman that she was very much pressurised by school administrators.
chairman glares at School administration and appreciates Anupama that she will sign the paper where she will put a complaint against the school admin . She is assured of her job and also given leave for recovery from her injuries . Pakhi’s future is assured .
Anupama is over joyed and all students also are over joyed
All clap for their teacher as Chairman walks out assuring strict action against the defaulters in school administration so that they do not repeat this mistake again . principal and chair man clap for Anupama for her victory . Vanraj has no choice but to join the clapping albeit reluctantly n halfheartedly .
As she walks out of school numerous students line her path n cheer n clap for their teacher , Anupama walks proudly n triumphantly . Vanraj walks besides her feeling sheepish. Pakhi is standing among the students but refuses to clap or cheer for her own mother.
Van drives Anu home . Anu throws a triumphant smile at him as she gets off the car on reaching home .
At home Entire Shah family welcomes her and clap for her including Toshu n baa .

Van Anu have been asked to attend meetings with the marriage counsellor . Anu states that this guy will try to dissuade them from divorcing, if either of them express reluctance for divorce then their divorce will be canceled.
