Similar thing happened in Pyaar Ka Dard where FL was assumed dead. Look alike entered and Ml got married to her to save her from some people, she fell in love with him but then real one entered. She left without causing trouble though. 
Apparently they are headed for a “recreation” of Kaira’s love story which would only make sense if the look alike is Naira. If not, they will make a complete mockery of everything Kaira stood for and Kartik’s character. So I would rather they take an illogical route and show Naira recovered from a fatal fall and became a pro boxer all in under 2/3 months rather than show Kartik falling in love with someone else. 
Even if Naira enters in the end, Kartik would have still moved on with another girl, still ruining Kaira and Kartik’s complete. 

Yes This show so far promoted Kaira as eternal lovers so if Karthik falls for a look alike so quickly  it will be weird..maybe this will be Rukmini and Naira was Radha because Karthik is always compared to Krishna in the show😉..hope there wont be Naira 3 Satyabhama😜

I remember Hitler Didi it was a decent show loved Rati in it..initial episodes were good

Villain track might be interesting..as the actress can portray a different shade than goody two shoes.. this track is also similar to old show Kumkum pyara sa bandhan Where look alike of lead took her place but she always kept the male lead off limits and never fancied him..and later real one returned

Why just the leg ? If she IS naira , she must be having a lot of broken bones after falling off that cliff. But probably rs will take the "never seen before or heard before and the riskiest" naira lookalike route 😆

I am all for the love story for the nth time but for god sake how many more kids will they have and jo hain unka kya karega kartik lol kairav must be close to teenage  ..or may be it's as progressive as Anupama.. one side fathers affair one side sons affair , one side fathers suhaag raat other side beta.. n marriage dates clashing. Kaira and kairav kairavi

I was a good show .

Karthik's character is butchered so much to glorify Naira. From the first separation, to stealing Krish and then finally doubting Naira. I really feel bad for Mohsin. The guy deserve so much better than a character who roam around FL and romancing her 24*7.

Rajan Shahi has a habit of doing this. He butchered everybody's character on Bidaai to glorify one character. It just became so illogical and cheesy.
