Negative- Stop giving much importance to those people who dont deserve that from me
Positive- Improve myself to be the better (Best) version of Me

Negative ::- Stop self talking blabbering
Positive ::- Improve my concentration and mental skills
Negative- I get lazy and procastinate a lot which isnt good so i wanna get more active in life.
Positive- I want to be more spiritual, I want to sit and pray to god everyday.
Negative - I want to learn to mask my emotions so that nobody will ever know what I am feeling or thinking
Positive- I want to learn to love myself

Negative:I want to let go of my habit of apprehending things and situations to an extreme extend,it has caused me a lot of trouble and takes away all my peace.
Positive:I want to deal with different situations and problems with a calmer and clearer mind and better understanding of things and people around me.

Start pursuing good habits according to my parents, learning to cook, have food at time and say no to mobile for nth hours
Negative- I jump to conclusions very easily so I need to stop doing that and listen to whole situation and then react
Positive- I wanna be more confident about myself and stop thinking about how others are, as we all are unique in our ways.
