Stalking laws in India are only from women being stalked by men.  They're not gender neutral.

He could have had a defamation case against her as she went on and on lying in public and accusing him of the the one harassing her but it would have been incredibly messy - yes even messier than what we got.

So does that mean she made up an impostor account?

Or did she mail real HR only and he ignored or something

I think she made up the account in order to get his real e-mail.  It's why she wouldn't go to the police with him to find this imposter she supposedly sent nudes and videos to.  It's why she refused to hand over her phone and computer and claimed one fell in the water and the other caught a virus and was being repaired.

Her leaked e-mails to Hrithik show they didn't have a physical relationship.  She talks about kissing him for the first time in the future,  she sent nudes so he could see her naked for the first time.  She talks about how she's tongue tied in front of him and can't speak to him in person but she will keep e-mailing him.   She even says she thinks their relationship might just be in her head, a fantasy.  She and Rangoli both told him she had Aspergers - which I think is the main reason he let it go on for so long.

He wasn't quiet.  He went to the police.  He handed his computer, back up drives and phone over to Cyber Crime (which cleared him of ever sending her anything on any e-mail account, not opening her e-mail until he decided to contact the police, and calling her only 4 times in 7 years) .  He sent her a legal notice. 

No, he didn't want to fight it out in public but rather legally.  Eventually gave 2 interviews about it in 2017 and that was it.   There is absolutely no reason he'd have done any of this if it was about a claimed affair.  He was separated when she started e-mailing him and by the time she called him a silly ex he was divorced.   He wouldn't involve the police and lie in court documents over an affair when he was a single man.

Even simple logic would tell you that Karan isn't going to upload a video from a party where everyone is doing drugs. Nobody is that stupid. It wasn't some leaked video or anything. He posted it himself. 

People just desperately want to believe bad things about everyone. 

This is how, Karan has been protecting himself using this simple logic. So the news disappeared only to come back again in public and he has to again use that simple logic. He has to stick to his lies. This is the only way to prove innocence. Karan will not upload a video from drug party, but we know he keeps holding such drug parties and he loves to control industry to satisfy his own pleasures.
