Isn't Mumbai Police still investigating the case? Only the case registered with Bihar Police was transferred to CBI. Not the one registered in Mumbai.

I don't think they are doing anything , long back they declared Disha committed suicide. Moreover , any case linked to SSR's would automatically goes to CBI as per supreme court and there is strong link b/w these two cases , reason why CBI is on it.

this is getting bizarre. She was manager for what a few weeks or months? Very beautiful and young girl-sad for parents. Parents want this to stop-they obviously know why. SSR parents want to continue-they obviously know something is wrong. This poor girls' reputation is going to be tarred and feathered by the bloodthirsty hyenas/BJP. Looks like BJP using this to get back in power in maharashtra. Kangana is their sword and SSR body their shield. Sad, very sad.

Meme police forgot to file an FIR for SSR's death case.

I believe Meme Police closed Disha's case because I read that CBI re-opened Disha's case linked to SSR's case investigation.

As per SC's order, any case related to SSR's death would only be probed by CBI now. Meme Police has no hand in anything anymore except for co-operating with CBI as per court order. Also, the original case still remains with Bihar which means if any official convicted person will be tried through Bihar court/Bihar jail etc.

Meme police showed their extra-ordinaire in this case and are now preparing to dance in Umang. 😆

No not Disha case. Sushant's case is with Mumbai Police, isn't it? The case his family registered with Patna police got transferred to CBI. Mumbai Police will have to transfer their case if any cognizable offence is found in their investigation not otherwise. Even with cognizable offence there is a possibility of a parallel investigation.

Huh But Bihar Police only wanted for CBI take over the case. How can it still be with them?

My bad. I am not that articulate in Legal terms. The case is transferred to CBI, but the jurisdiction is of Bihar's since they only have an FIR to begin with. Did that make sense ?
