No not Disha case. Sushant's case is with Mumbai Police, isn't it? The case his family registered with Patna police got transferred to CBI. Mumbai Police will have to transfer their case if any cognizable offence is found in their investigation not otherwise. Even with cognizable offence there is a possibility of a parallel investigation.

As per my knowing, Sushant's case is only with 3 agencies as dictated by Supreme court , if these agencies demand evidence collected by MP, Mumbai police have to provide whatever is needed by them. At this point, Mumbai police is not doing anything in regards to Sushant's case , it's been handled by agencies. There was news of parallel investigation but I m not sure if they are allowed , anyways even if are , they won't do nothing other than destroying evidence which they did for 2 months.

Lol its ok even I don't. Main lawyer thodi na hoon 😆 I don't think jurisdiction is of Bihar's anymore Because Bihar police had the jurisdiction to register the FIR which was what was challenged by Rhea in SC. Supreme court recognised that they are well within their rights to do so and therefore they can also transfer the case to CBI which is what they did. Mumbai Police still has the authority to investigate the case they have. Only if they register an FIR then they will have to shift the case to CBI also they are allowed to hold a parallel investigation. Thats what I got.

Yes they are required to assist CBI on the case but nowhere did I read they had to shift the case. They were anyways investigation unnatural death so I guess thats why its different from what CBI is investigating so thats why.

I just read there is no parallel investigating happening right now.

As far I remember Disha was fully dressed during her death. Her call records proofs she did not called police. Some rumor spreading you tuber or twitter handle might have started these theories.
