If it's a PR tactic or something else..idk but this was still a nice gesture I believe. At least he has understood that someone has Died and its extremely painful for his fans right now.

Salman is trying to emotionally black mail the general public. Loser. 

He doesn't need to tell his fans what he is asking for  in  his tweet. His fans are leaving him voluntarily.

His Pakistani and Bangladeshi useless fans who are thinking this controversy might help, nahin hone wala ab daddu ka time khatam. Race3 ke pehle bhi jail gaya tha launde lapande ki sympathy khaane ke liye, kuch nahin hua. Indian launde lapande have moved on.
