IF was the foundation for many writers/ readers, but its limited or unfriendly gui left no option to move to diff platfrom like watpad/wordpress, atleasy in my case.

I agree with you.
We are now trying to make up for the lost time and hoping that we will regain our writers.

And why don't you guys make this available for writer's corner forum as well? I am sure many FF writers are interested in writing and sharing original fiction too.

Yes, it will be available from writers corner as well. We are specially going to encourage writers to write their own fiction.
