This depends on the author and the fan fiction... authors can modify according to their preferences. You can add chapter names if you want to as well. Some stores doesn’t have prologues while the other has... similarly if an author wants to give character sketch it’s their choice. It’s not mandatory.

For good user experience I feel we should keep the Fan Fiction cover .. similar to a book cover. Else it will look haphazard.

There is fan fiction feature in my profile. I want to add fan fiction in my profile but don't  know how to add it
