did Hum apke hain kaun being an ATBB help renuka who played madhuri's sister in anyway? so of course..this will do nothing for sonakshi..it never helps the extras..i just mentioned coz she finally saw anything which is not a flop after 13,14 attempts..i am sure she must have even forgotten spellings of HIT by now..it will only benefit the leads..akshay and vidya..that is it

Im doubtful of Vidya's position, I dont think there is much left for her to do now plus shes moving into Netflix now, shes doing a movie on Lata Mangeshkar

Watched it. Will just say,this topic, this achievement n the scientists of ISRO deserved a much better film ,not this filmy full of cliches film. It's fustrating almost

Mission Mangal Good Monday - Batla House Steady

Mission Mangal had had a good Monday as it records figures of around 8.50-8.75 crore nett. The drop will be 50% or a little more but the film is coming of big weekend numbers and that too an extended weekend. It did look like a 10 crore nett Monday was possible on the weekend trend but eventually its a big city multiplex film and the film would have consumed a heavy chunk of this audience with a near 100 crore nett extended weekend total.

The film will be at 105 crore nett after five days and the extended first week is looking to cross the 125 crore nett mark. The second weekend as hardly any competition and it should be the dominant film again and head to a very big lifetime total.

Batla House is steady on Monday with collections of 4.25-4.50 crore nett on Monday. The drop for this film will be under 50% at around 40-45% from Friday but the Friday collections were low. The centres in UP have held well and are stronger than the rest of the country. The extended first week for Batla House will be around 58 crore nett and then the very crucial second Friday. The Monday collections give this film a good chance of success if it can continue to sustain.

Overall its turned out a good Independence Day for the industry and better than last year despite the start being lesser than last year.

I really liked this movie Vidya Akshay Nitya and Sharman stood out

Akshay had a great role about never giving up and Vidya’s character was knowledgeable in true sense these two are the foundation of the film. I liked nitya character working and raising her baby. tapsee role was too dependent on her husband’s opinion and not very confident I feel.

The elderly man was sweet in 2 instances with kirti’s character

I think the religion parts should not be included and vidya’s dialogue about believing in the power instead of photos/ God should be reworded. Also vidya and sanjay kapoor party was unnecessary ❌

Overall, good movie, though masala added for Bollywood

I wanna be a mother like Vidya in future. Seen so many chicks like Sonakshi. Loved her too. Tapsee's Army husband is goals! Sharman was funny. Nitya, old man and the Muslim lady are great too. Akshay Kumar was very filmy. Liked his character

Such a relatable and natural movie with of course some cinematic liberty.
