Since Pari's entire conversation was muted, are we supposed to take it that she apologized for her fraudulent act? The entire drama was about proving Sonakshi innocent, which is fair since she did not do anything, but what about Pari? The fact that Pari was the target of the wardrobe malfunction conspiracy absolves her of her act? Not even Sonaskhi, who appears to be the epitome of virtue, has once questioned her sister for her actions. Pari's act has been glossed over in all of this and that is quite disgusting. While a law suit is not the answer, Pari needs to be reprimanded for her act and face the consequences.
As for why Sonakshi is so hell-bent on protecting Pooja even after being insulted by Rohit, I believe it is because she feels guilty. She knows that Pooja became an unwitting target of something meant to happen to her own sister. Hence there is a part of her that is willing to go to any extent to prevent Pooja from suffering any further. While she needs to be applauded for standing up for Pooja, the fact remains that she is also cleaning up the mess created by her own sister in the first place.
While on Sonakshi, don't the makers believe in making a demarcation between her and her on screen avatar Parvati? I mean, but for the costume, I find Sonakshi's reactions just as melodramatic as Parvati's. I am not sure if the actor has not been briefed right. Some subtlety in her performance as Sonakshi would help.
