This is the written form:

O jaana
Khoya khoya rehta hai
Dil tadap ye kehta hai
Tu hai mere jeene ki wajah

O beloved,
My heart stays lost
It is tormented and saying that
You are the reason i live
O beloved

Ishq hai aansu ishq hai naghma
Ishq sukoon hai raahat hai
Ishq hai sehra ishq hai dariya
Ishq junoon hai zahmat hai

Love is tears, love is a song
Love is zen and peace
Love is desert as well as river
Love is passion and effort as well

Tanha adhoora sa
Khaamosh lamha sa
Thehra hua hai dil yahaan

My heart is still
As if it is lonely and incomplete
Like a silent moment

Mehsoos kar le tu
Jazbaat ki khushbu
Khud se karun kya mai bayaan

Feel the frangrance of the passion
How do i recite it to you?

Dard hai jo halka sa
Khwaab khwaab chalka sa
Tu muskuraaye har jagah
O jaana

This light pain
This spilled dream
It is you smiling everywhere
O beloved

Kis pe karun zaahir
Hain dard kya aakhir
Kyon sukoon mujh se khafa

To whom do i express?
What is this pain?
Why is peace angry with me?

Betaab lamhon mein
Benaam aashqon mein
Yeh aaks kis ka ban gaya

Whose shadow has formed
In restless moments
And nameless tears?

Gham ko aazmaane de
Dil ko chot khaane de
Kya hai chale kuchh to pata

Let the grief try
Let the heart be hurt
So that i can know what is happening(with me)

The song is in Urdu. Most filmy poetry is'.

O jaana
Khoya khoya rehta hai
Dil tadap ye kehta hai
Tu hai mere jeene ki wajah

O love
Lost,
My heart suffers and says
You are the purpose of my life

Ishq hai aansu ishq hai naghma
Ishq sukoon hai raahat hai
Ishq hai sehra ishq hai dariya
Ishq junoon hai zahmat hai

Love is tears, love is a melody
Love is tranquil; it's peaceful
Love is a desert; love is an ocean
Love is manic; it's a burden

Tanha adhoora sa
Khaamosh lamha sa
Thehra hua hai dil yahaan

Like a lonely seperation
Like a silent moment
My heart stalls in this moment

Mehsoos kar le tu
Jazbaat ki khushbu
Khud se karun kya mai bayaan

You should feel this
This fragrance of experience
How do I explain it to myself?

Dard hai jo halka sa
Khwaab khwaab chalka sa
Tu muskuraaye har jagah
O jaana

Like a tender pain
Like a dream within a dream
You smile everywhere
O love

Kis pe karun zaahir
Hain dard kya aakhir
Kyon sukoon mujh se khafa

How do I show this
What is this pain in the end
Why is tranquility in hiding (from me)

Betaab lamhon mein
Benaam aashqon mein
Yeh aaks kis ka ban gaya

Within each raring moment
Within each nameless love
Whose moment has this become

Gham ko aazmaane de
Dil ko chot khaane de
Kya hai chale kuchh to pata

Try this sadness
Let your heart be wounded
What this is, let it be understood

O jaana...

@SK1509

Zahmat has many meanings like Effort, burden, pain etc.,...I want to hear from horse's (lyrics writer of the song)mouth what he meant here in this song...But i dont want to take its meaning as "Love is burden".If someone feel love as burden...i dont think it is Love 😕...for example...Our Mother never feels us as her burden ...and also Shivika never feel each other as their burden...I hope lyrics Writer meant "effort" or "pain" here...Unless it is toxic love(or you can say obsession) ,i dont think love is a burden..

The comparison is with mania; so burden makes sense if we are looking at opposites. The english definition of burden can also include 1) responsibility or duty; 2) something difficult to bear emotionally. 3) something that causes difficulty or distress. And all of these.

.

All types of love can definitely be a burden but the poem is talking about ishq (the pure stage of desire where all you want is the other person to be happy no matter how much you suffer; it's very different to pyaar or mohobbat in a poetry context) which definitely is a burden. A lot of romantic urdu persian and arab shayari uses the concept of ishq as a burden to describe the dard aspect.

From a shayari perspective differences between types of love. These are the main ones but there a lot more that come from arabic.

Pyaar has origins in hindi, comes from sanskrit. Means love between family / parents.

Mohabbat has origins in arabic. Can include unrelated relationships such as friendship and romance.

Ishq comes from persian. Can mean divine or romantic love (often both at the same time). Often used to describe junoon and pain and burdensome situations. In terms of the concept of love stages it's the final self-sacrificing stage.

As urdu also uses the same (and sometimes more!) arab / persian / hindi borrow words: urdu shayari does also differentiate between the types of love.
