NAINA- Why we feel disconnected To Her?

Before reading let me clarify that this will be a bit long post and it's not a bashing post so if you have something meaningful to say then only comment otherwise please stay away.

This post is mainly for those who think Naina gets bash unnecessarily And they don't mind to bash Sameer even the counter argument is very correct proving Sameer's stance.

So this post is mainly to prove that why there is disconnect with Naina when we love her equally as Sameer?

And this post also for those who thinks there is too much negativity on this forum. This is mainly based on past tracks not current track.

P.S. No unnecessary bashing of a character or personal remarks on any member.

Please don't bring Sweater topic as well as Sunaina issue to justify your argument. If you have something new to comment then only you can argue because TBH I am really fed up by this two issues which mainly result in fight among the members and personal remarks.

Healthy criticism is most welcome.

Naina - why disconnect to her?

Naina may be a plain simple looking girl but her qualities make her stand out in the crowd.

She believes in truth stands by it and never supports wrongdoing that is the reason she was so popular in School among teachers but her classmates used to hate her because of her they always got punished.

Then came Sameer in their school and she fell in love with him at first sight but for him she didn't even existed.

He was also a popular kid because of his Salman Khan looks and girls used to wait for him in corridor to catch his one glimpse including Topper and Head Monitor Naina.

Then came the life changing HeadBoy competition which changed so many things in Sameer and Naina's life not just them but people close to them.

Be it Sameer's Mom or Naina's brother Arjun and Father Rakesh.

Arjun who was so bright student just like his sister Naina who felt threatened by a new student like Sameer and there was a added pressure on him by his father to be successful all the time and make him proud.

Same goes for Sameer's Mom because of her Sameer felt the need to be HeadBoy and to prove it to her yes he can be like his step brother.

This competition lead to paper stealing by Arjun and Sameer got accused because Naina found her fathers keys with him so she assumed that he is the only one who stole those papers. He tried to tell her that It wasn't him but she didn't give him chance but later on she got to know that it's her brother who stole those papers and she did felt bad for Sameer. That time also she didn't do anything to clear his name just told him that I believe you that you didn't steal those papers.

She chose her Family over Truth and Justice. She is the same girl who always told truth and she did got him punished on first day of his school because of his fight with those senior boys. (See she always used to stand by truth.)

Sameer, his Nanu was insulted in school his Mom broke all her ties with him so he was Furious at Naina so he made bet with Senior boys that he will make her say I Love You and insult her and her father for questioning his Upbringing.

He tried everything to woo her and in that process he got to know Real Naina who is in fact a very good girl, a good friend and a very kind person who helps people when they are in need. She took Nanu to hospital leaving her competition and because of it she got punished.

This Bet resulted in Naina's Heartbreak and realisation of Sameer that he is indeed in love with Naina.

Then his redemption started. He tried everything for her forgiveness and to take away the pain which was given by him. She saw his genuine efforts and the things he did for her family mainly Anand Bela and Arjun so she forgave him by accepting his love. Again her family mattered to her most and that became the reason for his forgiveness.

Then they got separated because of Nanu's demise,he went to Delhi with his mom.

But they were still connected to each other and Naina did provide him that comfort and solace through phone calls and letters. She even send his best friends to him when he was in bad company and in a way showed him light.

She was his guiding light just like Nanu and Munna.

The dreaded Manhoos track. He believed his Dadi's words that whom ever he loves they don't survive for long and he was scared to loose Naina. We all know he was just being stupid to believe her but if you see his POV it's not wrong. It's not like that he was scared that people go away from him because he was used to it but here was a mortal danger and he didn't want to take risk about Naina.

If you see I think he never saw his Dad because no reference of that and then since childhood he is all alone spending time in hostels and very small time with his Nanu. Then he came to Ahmedabad to his Nanu,spend some time with him he got all love and friends like Mundit but again his Nanu got snatched away from him. So in a way he did believe Dadi's words that he is cursed that when he gets too close to people they die that's the reason he stayed away from his Mom also because she was sick and he did same with Naina.

It was Naina who made him believe in their love. She is the one who told him that when there is love then there is no space for fear. Love gives you strength to fight the world.

She is the one who claimed that she loves him more than the world and her world is definitely her family mainly Anand.

See she only said those things to Sameer and he did let go of his fears and Dadi's words.

Here it was not just fear of Naina going away from him but it was a fear of mortal danger.

He chose her over his past experience as well as his fears.

Then came the most dreaded break up track. Naina saw her father trying to hang himself just by thinking about Arjun and Shefali. For him not his son's happiness but his false pride mattered the most. She was traumatised by seeing that and she had a dream about Anand doing same because he got to know about her and Sameer.

She already saw that her brother was a coward who didn't stand by Shefali and she had to leave the city for the humiliation she faced.

Before going Shefali advices her that she shouldn't continue her relationship if she like her brother. Naina believed her words and broke up with Sameer because she thought that she will not be able to stand for their love. In fact she did the same kind of mistake which Sameer did by believing Dadi's words and here she believed Shefali's word.

Just like Naina Sameer also tried hard to make her understand that they can fight this together and she is not at all alone he will always stand by her but still she gave in for her fears. She thought that she is saving Sameer from future pain but she failed to see his present pain which he was going through.

She was indebted to Anand for her upbringing and love she got from him so she chose him over Sameer. She could've told Anand about them who trusted her more than his own daughters and loved her the most but no she decided to break up.

Then came Sharad's alliance for Naina and she bowed down in front of Elders of family not just her but Anand also.

Same Anand who was her idol and who used to guide her at every situation but he also failed to support her in front of elders and as such he is not a biological father of Naina and Rakesh has all the rights to take any decision for her.

Here we all sympathise with Naina for the pain she was going through though she was wrong in breaking up with Sameer but still we felt her pain like we did for Sameer. We felt bad for both of them.

Now if you see Sameer was all set to go to Pune and she was all set to marry Sharad.

So many have this question why we sided with Sameer and not Naina?

See answer is very simple she failed to acknowledge his pain and most importantly she never showed any regret for breaking up with him.

She is the same girl who once claimed that she can feel Sameer's pain and it increases when it comes to her but sadly we never saw that during break up track.

If Sharad would've been good guy she would've definitely married him and then what about Sameer?

He was all set to leave everything behind for her but no acknowledgement on her part.

Sameer got to know about her alliance and he was angry so he proposed Sunaina I know it was a stupid move but still it was his anger towards Naina.

I know some bring this Sunaina issue to defend Naina but they failed to see that

Samaina broke up officially and honestly it was one sided decision of Naina Sameer had no say in it but still people find faults only in him and not Naina. Why is like that? She can marry but he can't have partner? They would've preferred if he would've gone to Pune leaving his family and most importantly his responsibility as Nanu's heir.

They can see Sunaina troubling Naina but they failed to see Sameer's pain because of it.

For this mistake he apologised to Sunaina for breaking her heart and to Naina for bringing Sunaina in between them because of his anger towards her.

Anand got to know about letters of Sameer to Naina and he got doubts about them and it got confirmed when Sameer hit Sharad and the conversation of Preena.

He supported them and you can see how glad Sameer was to get Anand's approval but he held himself back because of Promise he made to Munna his family after Nanu.

He told Naina that they can't be together because of it and you can see that anger and jealousy in Naina for Munna and she blamed Munna for Sameer's rejection despite Anand's approval.

She indeed emotionally blackmailed Munna and proved herself that she is Rakesh's daughter. When you want your work to be done go for emotional blackmail so others has to bowed down in front of you. She could've tried something else to pursuade Munna and give him that assurance that she will never leave Sameer again but no she resorted to this cheap jumping drama just like her father who tried to hang himself and because of it Arjun didn't stand by Shefali.

She was also going to give Munna same trauma like she went through because of her father.

Munna's worry was genuine what if Anand backs out from his consent ?and trust me this question still haunts us.

Will Naina stand by her word? Will she go against Anand for Sameer if he takes his consent back?then what?

She already made it clear to Sameer and to Vishakha also when she came to meet her that for her Anand's approval matters most not others. Like Munna Vishakha's worry was also genuine what if Naina leaves Sameer again for her family then what?

TBH can't see Sameer broken or devastated again.

See Vishakha rejected Naina for Sameer but still he chose her over his Mom.

He stood by his words and promises he made to Naina.

Sadly to say Naina failed to fulfill her promises big time.

I know when you are in love there is no space for ego or misunderstandings but some acknowledgment of pain given by you does helps in any relationship.

Sadly we didn't see that acknowledgment from Naina towards Sameer and on top of that she belittled his pain in front of her by saying that she did all this because of her family but for her his excuses were useless she was angry on him for bringing Sunaina in between them.

This was breaking point of that connect with Naina we have as a viewer because she failed to see his pain,his anger and his hurt in front of her pain.

Naina the same girl who loved Sameer when she knew nothing about him and made us fall in love with their innocent love. She is the one who claimed to love him more than the world and promised to never leave his side but she did. She left him for her family.

It's like she showed him the stars and next moment push him down in the valley of sorrow to deal on his own.

Sameer for him Naina didn't even exist but was forced to woo her because of the bet.

He tried and got to know the real Naina and love he has for her and then there was no looking back for him. His life started and ends on Naina. He can do anything for her happiness. He did proved it by accepting her friendship when she was going to marry Sharad and apologising to Sunaina for taking Naina's anger on her.

Just to save her reputation he didn't tell anything to Naina's MIL and he did saved her from Sharad.

If you see from the beginning it was Naina who made us fall in love with their love. My favourite is Sameer but I really admire Naina who used to stand by truth ,the small small things she used to do for Sameer to make him feel special and the way she used to care for him and that he matters to her most but now that Naina is missing.

I know they are growing up and they are in their adulthood but you can't change a core character of a person. People do change but trait is the one thing you can't change.

Compassion is one of Naina's trait that we love most about her but sadly it's missing in case of Sameer but you can see that for Swati,Sunaina and Kartik.

This not a bashing post but I just want to let others know that we don't have anything against Naina but sometimes her behaviour changes according to situations as well as people involved in it.

She have different set of rules for everyone and she proved it in case of Arjun,Swati,Sunaina , Kartik and Sameer. Till now only Sameer got punished for the crime he didn't even commit Arjun did but no punishment for him. She forgave Swati,Sunaina and got Kartik suspended for a week that's all.

That's what I wanted to say about Naina and trust me I do admire Naina.

Those who thinks some people spread negativity on this forum so let me clear this as long as I know this is a public platform where people can say what they want to say.
