Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay has
been accused of raping and cheating a
woman. The woman has accused
Mahaakshay and Mithun's wife Yogeeta Bali
on charges of rape, cheating and causing
miscarriage without consent.
The woman alleged in her complaint that
she had been in a relationship with
Mahaakshay since 2015. They got into a
physical relationship after he promised that
he will marry her.
Mahaakshay was to tie the knot on Saturday
in Ooty. However, the investigating team
arrived and the ceremony was cancelled.
The bride's family left the place. A Delhi court
had ordered the registration of FIR after the
woman had complained saying that prima
facie there are sufficient grounds for an FIR
registration.
Following the order, Mahaakshay and
Yogeeta Bali had approached the Bombay
High Court seeking pre-arrest bail from
arrest till the time they approached the court
in Delhi. However, the court dismissed the
pleas and refused to grant them any interim
relief.
In the complaint the woman had alleged
that when she became pregnant,
Mahaakshay had given her some medicine
which led to an abortion. She has also
alleged that Yogeeta Bali had threatened her
if she continued to be in a relationship with
her son. She had stated that she had moved
to Delhi from Mumbai as she feared for her
life.
The woman's lawyer told ANI that she knew
Mahaakshay for four years and that he had
even got their horoscope matched,
promising marriage. He said that the
woman still wants to marry him but the
Chakraborty family is not ready to accept
her.

Yes, two people have sex, make a baby, face the consequences. No running to mommy. But using the law if it has loopholes is legally not wrong, morally yes. She is unscrupulous about using the law, but she is not legally wrong.

Double Agree. But I blame the law too. Rape is non-consensual sex. Not consensual sex between parties. until laws are changed unscrupulous people will take advantage.
