You are wrong. Women are allowed to pray inside the mosques. In my place nearly all the mosques are divided into two sections. One for men and the other women.

But usually prefer to do it at home. It's completely their choice

During the menstrual cycle as well, women are allowed to go inside the mosque as well as read Qur'an.
