Veteran actor Zeenat Aman files a rape case against Mumbai-based busin

Veteran actor Zeenat Aman has filed a rape
case against a businessman at Juhu Police
station. According to a leading agency, the
accused has been arrested on Thursday
night and will be presented before the court
today.
The agency tweeted, "#Mumbai: Veteran
actress registers a rape case against a
businessman at Juhu Police Station. Accused
has been arrested and will be produced in
court today. Further investigation
underway."

Earlier, this year , a close friend of the actor
had come out and said that Zeenat has been
both emotioanally and financially used by a
businessman. She had said, "This time she
has been royally duped by a businessman
who convinced her to invest in real estate
through him. Trusting the man blindly, as
she has always done with her male friends
in the past, she handed over her finances
completely to this man, who gradually but
deftly cleaned out all her savings, leaving
Zeenat with practically nothing but the roof
on her two son and her heads."

"And when Zeenat found out that she was
being conned, she approached a senior
police officer in Mumbai who guided her
into filing proper complaints at the Juhu
Police Station. Zeenat is now preparing for
the long battle ahead, hoping to at least
recover some, if not all, of her financial
assets from this con man. The cops have
assured her they would do everything in
their power to restore her finances,"
revealed the actor's friend.
Zeenat had earlier also filed a molestation
and stalking complaint against the
businessman.

Isn't it against the law to name the victim?

If he was stalking n molesting her, as per her earlier complaint, then why did she trust him later ?

Anyways, hope she wins the case...

To me sounds like a case of abusing the rape laws to exact revenge. 

I feel bad for Zee. Most of the men she loved turned out to be scums.

She has the worst fate possible & her own trusting nature doesn't help matters. Poor poor lady. I feel terrible for her.

She's an abuser magnet, and she won't take lesson from her past experiences. 

This sounds really messed up!

looks like she was in a relationship of convenience..
now that she has reached the state of inconvenience she chose
to turn it into rape case so that she can minimize her financial loses
by coercing the man to enter into out of court settlement.better to not
waste precious sympathies here.these kind of lame cases actually
causes the genuine cases to suffer agonizing delays n scrutiny.
