Well, BW is a different ball game and now she is too old to make it big in BW unfortunately. She is one of the top actresses on television currently. It's better to be a top television actress than do mediocre or bad films in BW. It won't add value. It's best that she stays on top in one medium than be nowhere in another just because it's "Bollywood". Let's be honest, most good films a offered to mostly Alia or Deepika curently.

As if your favorite TV actress Shilpa Anand can act which is why she couldn't even last in the TV industry, if Jennifer can't act, then she wouldn't last in the TV industry for many years and she wouldn't get so many awards, she didn't say anything like sour grapes, she just said as long as it's acting, it doesn't matter whether it's BW or TV but you Shilpa's fans become so frustrated seeing her doing much better in her career than your favorite actress.

I don't get why Jennifer fans need to put down KSG and Barun to make her look good. It is easy to feel good about someone and say so and so is doing better when one is not even competing in the same game. That's what one calls delusion. KSG doesn't want to do soaps anymore so it's easy for people to be like oh Jennifer is doing so well because she is still seen on TV but have people considered that when they both were on TV who was doing better? DMG was synonymous with KSG and dr armaan, she was the third replacement, Qubool hai did far better in terms of TRPS than Saraswatichandra, and he definitely did far better than Jennifer in Bollywood. 2 movies with Bipasha and t-series released and did good business. Whereas Jennifer could not even get a release. In spite of smooching an ugly old director three times. When she couldn't make it she got back to doing TV, it is not like she saw success in bollywood but she still kept doing TV. She had no other option but to continue doing TV. As for her being the no.1 actress on TV, who is she even competing with? Most TV actors are fed up indian TV content and have left, but from what I know Divyanka, Drashti, Sanaya and Mouni are more popular than her. Since when someone can be no.1 without even delivering a clean hit? All her shows flop, none of them ever got good TRP. It's like saying Priya Varrier is no.1. 😆
