Why should Mehak wait for BL to tell her the truth??? She has seen her photos with Shaurya, Psycho has manipulated her saying she is Vandana the look alike of Mehak. She is getting clear flashbacks of Shaurya and her past. She should be able to connect the dots and find out she is Mehak. She has lost only her memory not her brain.
Psycho manipulation, DNA test being negative and her emotional attachment to Neev she is just declining her flashbacks and past. Even if BL tells her the truth I doubt whether she will accept it.
Only a fatal accident or Shaurya near death will make her realise she is Mehak. Till then she will decline her identity.
