Aditi was born on 30 October 1993 in Bikaner, Jaipur. She completed her schooling there. She is the first one from her family to opt acting as a career choice. She believes that though as a child she didn't know that "acting" can be a career choice, she had the "acting keeda" in her when she was a child, itself.

She describes herself as a shy and a responsible person. She wants to go on a world tour once.

She did her schooling and college from Bikaner itself and has been active in learning dance and music. During her school and college days, she used to remain at the forefront in a number of cultural activities and plays. She then entered the theatres doing a number of plays, which made the foundation for her acting career.

Hence she completed her studies and realized that she should make her career in acting, she headed to Mumbai. She was seen in Zee TV's most popular show Kumkum Bhagya as Rachna opposite Ankit Mohan.She was seen as Preeti Tiwari in Sony TV's show Ek Duje Ke Vaaste opposite Ranjeet Singh. Currently, she is playing the female lead in Star Plus' popular daily soap Naamkarann opposite Zain Imam.

She believes that acting is an ideal profession for her since she is a dreamer and she can't choose any other profession for herself. She wants to play strong dark characters in future. She says Naamkarann has been the life-changing decision for her since the show made her a household name.
