Is Haya marriage legal?

What I was thinking is, is their marriage legal? I mean a marriage can only happen when it s between man and woman. But soumya is kinnar. So when the truth is out will the society accept their marriage? Or will they accept their new marriage? Will Haya be married again? I see lot of problems coming in future.

Hey.. no need to say sorry. N this question is not new.. many have already discussed over this..

I don't know much about this but I can share one fan's view which I saw on twitter n found logical. A/c to that, if harman wanted then he can file case for getting cheated in a marriage n then haya marriage could have nullified easily. But since harman has accepted saumya so now nobody can question over their relationship.

In future if dey show saumya as a female wid sm disorder den dey can marry n dat will b legal..fr nw marriage wid kinnar is illegal

.When HAYA were in mumbai for honeymoon ,they legalized their marriage .They got a marriage certificate. Acc to that stamp paper ,soumya is legally harman's wife.I don't know ,how far it is valid?

BTW,who the hell is this society and people? why should they need their permission for anything.what max they do is gossip or ban singh family.This is 2017 not 1940.I hope writers keep this in their mind while writing society track and don't make it over dramatic .

No.. it's not about emotions... I was talking about acceptance n agreement from both parties. Recently we heard so many stories of a normal man marrying transgender woman.. are all marriages illegal? No.. they just have to register their marriage no.. n when both parties are ready they can register it anyday...

Well.. saumya is female only with some disorder as she is intersex n not transgender.
