@luvrubi..dear u r talking as haya fan not per rules,marriages doesnt only need to b regestered n not only consent,plz study it regarding kinnars,as in show dey r using kinnar word only,whether she is intersex or having other abnormalities, havent been shown so far..

In their Hoymoon Harman legalizazed their marriage and when he done a card identity for Saumya it 's not mentioned kinar so legally Saumya and Harman are Husband and Wife.After confession of Saumya identity may be this topic will be imposed ...But I'll say it's Harman matter ;he accepted Saumya and married her; love have no bounderies. ..Harman when he felt in love with Saumya ignore her identity ;yes he hated her for a period but love defeat his hatred and Saumya invaded his heart becoming his soulmate.What force can separate these two lovebirds???Saumya is an intersex :she's female with small defects ;Saumya state for me is like any desease and can be cured.Saumya is more female tham male;Saumya is more female than any others kinar..Saumya never do check up to know her defects and the treatment;she's only rejected and hated.The only one who loved her after her mother is Harman.I think Harman must be enlightened and accept doing check up for Saumya .Why complicating life ,Why societies can't think openly.I read a lot about transgenders in my research and some transgenders can have uterus and ovaries ;so they can correct the defect and have children in future.Saumya can be this case.Why she must lives cursed and defamed all her life for being kinar..I think talking deeply about kinars cases is a priority than laws...

I m sure in future when the track of Society Vs HaYa will come up after society will know Saumya's truth , this question about their marriage legal or illegal will b raised too .. and it can b an interesting track ... Harman who can go all the way to bangkok to get his Saumya back , can fight the law as well to somehow legalise their marriage .. how its shown to us , we need to wait and watch ...
