I watched the show for a week ,but honestly, I think she lacks the charm to be a lead of a prime time show on any of the main t.v. Channels.
Now, you might argue that she's new, but she's actually a renowned actress in Marathi circuit.
In that case, she can't give any other excuses apart from the fact that she can't act because the Marathi actors usually excel in acting, though they tend to go a bit overboard at time.
I don't really know how she made it big over there, but seriously, she won't make it over nationwide if she doesn't polishes her acting skills , screen presence, charisma .
Her looks are also very boring , though she's pleasant to look at.
Overall an yawn inducing actress who doesn't make any impact on you instantly but she's not disgusting either.
Now, I'll definitely give her time-she might grow on me.
But then, I don't think I would give this serial a chance once more because the whole story is a big mess and the other characters are also similarly unidimensional.
The screenplay isn't a bit hooking and especially given that the show is one hour long and comes 5 days a week, I doubt it would get any other fans except some jobless girls who would want to check out hot guys who can't act(not talking about Varun Kapoor) and Varun's fan girls who've free time at that moment .
This was one chance of Swarda to prove her worth in the national tv , since everything and everybody else have failed Big time.
Plus , this is a hospital drama and its competitor shows are family dramas, so I don't think trp aunties will like it very much.
So I don't see this serial making a dent at the trp charts until Rashmi aunty introduces vampires/zombies in this show.
Oh yes, revenge dramas are very boring nowadays and even the approach isn't very clear to be understood by the usually spoon fed soap audience.
