I thought people would think I am crazy as I felt happy that Pragya stopped Purab. Agree 200 % with everything you said. I wrote in some other thread, Abhi never gave her " emotional security " of being there for her forever or for her only. You articulated everything so well for me.

How many more times, Purab? How many more times must you go and convince Abhi that Pragya is the girl for him? That Abhi loves Pragya? That they're meant to be together?

Seriously, is he more just infatuated by the fact she's so devoted to him? Now that I think about it, he was more interested in knowing if she loves him than actually confessing. If he's not willing to make the commitment, why should Pragya believe he loves her? He so quickly pushed her from being his present to being his past in a blink of an eye.

Simple women psychology from generations and generations: women want security.

Abhi provides none. Funny enough, he provides security to no women in his life. Not to Tanu. Not to Aaliya. Not to Dadi (or else she wouldn't be always praying for him to make the right decisions). And definitely not to Pragya.

Sorry, I take that back. He seems to have committed to Tanu's mom. Maybe his motto is one women at a time. Sometimes it's Dadi, Tanu, rarely Pragya and now Tanu's mom. Tanu's mom who is supposed to die soon. He's more committed to the dying than the living and dragging people to join the dying club. Does he really think he'll keep anyone happy by marrying Tanu?

Pragya doesn't deserve this. She's made a lot of mistakes, I agree, but she doesn't deserve this. I honestly want her to go away from Abhi and find peace else where. Maybe they're not meant to be together at all. All the signs point to that anyway.

See if I thought Abhi or Pragya didn't deserve the other, i wouldnt get upset with their actions. Its BECAUSE I totally ship them and want them both to be happy and to be together that I get beyond frustrated. 😆

But yes yes yes yes yes about Pragya never getting a sense of security from him. I think besides when they were in Lonavla and prior to his ML, he has never really comforted her with THEM being forever. She's always been confessed to by him with Tanu still at the side. He's always needed reassurance from her to never leave him, but I guess she's not allowed to get the same reassurance from him.

*SIGH* I'm sure he's going to be in despair tomorrow. I dont see things going so smoothly or him going thru with the rest of the rituals without feeling the heartbreak himself. And I dont want him to suffer or be sad. But I do want him to realize what he did today was wrong. His reasons of picking Tanu afterall over Pragya was beyond TERRIBLE, since he knew of Chudail mama's sickness and fatal condition from before.

I'm glad Pragya asked Purab to stop from telling Abhi anything either. I want Bae to solve this one on his own, since telling him Pragz is his wife will give him a panic attack.

And *sigh* Pragz will be at the haldi. Whats a party at mm without Pragya? 😆

I'm glad there's someone with similar thoughts as mine! I feel like Pragya is given so much dirt for not speaking up. While sometimes it's true that she should defend herself, what has she ever gotten from doing so? What is she defending herself for? For this crap? To be with a guy who could desert in a few seconds? Nah, I prefer she save her breath sometimes.
