He was reported to have misbehaved with some actresses in a drunken state, a year or so ago. He's gotten too big for his boots.

Totally unacceptable behaviour from Kapil . He should remember that he can only get respect if he gives it . His team too has played an important role in success of his show . He alone can't run the show .

alcohol actually sometimes show the person's true feelings
it highlighted that kapil that he made the career of the crew people and cast and think very highly of himself
he thinks he is above them and all his humble acts were all farce
