Put 'have' before received (I have received your contact details)

Through is fine, change information with 'Details'

You don't need the 'please find attached to this email' part. Change it to 'enclosed is a copy of my cv'

Also try and fit this in if you can.

'After reading the job description I am confident that I would be a perfect fit for this position as my experience and abilities precisely match your requirements'

Writing doesn't include the tone properly. While speaking, you are making your point clearly.
