Why people are so happy that Naira rejected marriage shagun ?

I really can't understand. There is a huge difference between ''rejecting'' and ''wanting some more time to get married''. She could have easily accepted the shagun and asked for some more time to get married and in order to help her family.

shagun is the first ritual of marriage. accepting shagun means starting of marriage. if naira accept shagun means her marriage starts there. how can she marry when she just lost her mother? and hav responsibility of entire family on her. she need time m thats why she didnt accepted it.. and she explained the same too i guess. she told dadi that she need time. so not accepting shagun now. its different from rejecting shagun.

and karthik family should hav talked to naira's family before proceeding. but the lehenga confusion lead to the mess.

eventhough naira changed her mind knowing it was akshara's wish too.. i still wish they took a leap before proceeding :/

The episode where Naira "rejects" the shagun hasn't been aired yet. So lets not jump to conclusions before seeing the actual play out.

i know u r not a ak's fan but sumone else's fan who finds it difficult to accept naira is the lead over ssumone.so gonna reply u in that way only.well "naira is a weak character" "cant blv shes ak's daughter" proves that u neither understand the story nor u even understand kartik n naira's character.if she doesnt deserve kartik trust me nobody deserve him after the kind of positive influence of her on him.firstly u took the entire segment in a wrong way secondly the epi is still not aired yet n here comes the moral polices.hv u actually seen the whole playout that this whole shagun drama of goenka is bcoz they wanted kaira to get married asap n not understanding the seriousness of the situation in naira's life.thats the reason even kartik shouted at his family.rejecting shagun shows this was not even a time to propose for marriage.n yes naira doesnt keep rejecting things.she rejected kartik out of confusion n later for her "gayu di" who didnt hv the guts to speak abt her love to the guy.n yes shes the ideal ak's daughter coz shes the one whos taking care of tthe whole family at the age of 20 which even ak didnt do.she took a long time to evolve as a matured person which naira has to do it at this tender age.

I have no objection about Shivangi Joshi - I find her hot ! I have objection about the character Naira. I just don't like the way often she behaves. Ab accha nati lagta toh kya kiya jaye ! It's not necessary that everyone will like everyone.
