Pause the video at 7:41, Karthik's car is crashed to the drums and Akshara's car is behind it. Meaning he came from behind, the car which hit Akshara came from infront. Like someone pointed in the main forum, Karthik must have seen the accident happen, he is the eye witness.

Omg. This just reminded me of when akshara was going and told naira to listen to whatever karthik tells you carefully and believe him. That was foreshadowing right there. your witness point reminded me of that.

I too dont think Karthik would be involved in this accident.

But it is not right for Karthik to drink and drive. 🤢 Hope the CVs show that properly

It's not right to drink and drive. but poor kartik he didn't know neither and nor did he realise it too. Even Naira sad didn't point out he is drunk. Situations were bad for akshara, kaira that time. So I don't think he needs to be punished harshly.
