Let's talk about Love- Bollywood Style!

Love is the flavour of all seasons in BW. Some of the most classic BW cinema is about love- Mughal-E-Azam, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai etc.

Keeping that background in mind, do you believe in love? Especially the sweep you off your feet, Bollywood type of love?

BW also has many 'love at first sight' movies where the guy will move mountains for a girl he thinks is beautiful. Do you think this can happen in real life? Or is it not Ishq Wala Love?

Another movie that comes to mind if Mujhse Frandship Karoge, which is about the latest playground of lovers- the Internet. Many people fall in love online and then end up married. Statistically, does this work out or do people have a romanticised idea of their partner which is shattered in real life? Is online love more 'real' in the sense that it is only based on a personality and not so much physicality?
At the same time, do people end up imagining Brangelina as their paramours and are disappointed to see them in person? Have you ever fallen for someone on IF or do you have a crush on an IF member?😉

I have fallen for an IF member. But not sure if that member is attracted to me or not. Should I express my feelings for that member in PM or not? I am unsure. What if the member rejects me or finds this online feelings creepy? So a bit confused.

If you express your feelings respectfully, that member won't think so. If you are keen, maybe you should talk to that person more and then express your feelings. If they don't reciprocate your feelings, then hey, at least you tried.

Plus, even if it were real life, the chance of being turned down would be there. I don't think you should associate negative words like 'rejection' with this. Isn't a job application. Maybe that person is already committed to someone or is in a different place in life.
