A meaningful-one after eons...reminded me of old YHM flavor after a long time.
Now the line of demarcation is complete...laid clearly in no uncertain terms by the man who himself ,in his moment of passionate avenging on Ishita, had taggeed Shagun as the 'asli maa' of Pihu.Today he underlined clearly once again, reminded her again why he had taken help from Shagun as surrogate: to give Ishita her own biological kid.
He defined the relationship for the first time, again as a reminder to Shagun, She might have given birth, but the baby is Ishita's. And I think finally the door is opening for clearing the truth to Pihu, about her confusion about Ishita. Give the girl the complete picture...let her choose who she wants as a mother.
Raman's redemption is full on. Thank you CVs for giving us that scene. Once he had publicly chosen Shagun ( he had his reasons...and some of us got that but it was wrong) over Ishita as Pihu's mother, as his prospective bride. For him to let Shagun know that irrespective of the time and what has happened ..the fact remains that Ishita is HIS WIFE and he will stand by her and not take insults directed at her or will take Ishita's side, if Shagun wants to distance Pihu from her. Bravo!!
loved the parts where where they channeled in their spouse's trait to walk in each others shoes...they could do that as they know each other that well.
yhm writing has been very good this whole week...I'll hold onto the good feeling and hope this continues...
Update :
I missed out on mentioning how much I loved seeing Ishita the fiercely protective mother and a woman who was confident of her role in the Bhalla household in her JKR mode ...and pushed Shagun enough to have her mask falling off to reveal some of her true color...provoked her enough for to shove Ishita out of her way...only to face Ishita's Raman in his RKB mode.
...KP and DT nailed their individual scenes and the scene which follows after RKB asks Shagun to leave...it spoke volumes sheerly because of their body language and expressions
