The whole sequence of Batman climbing out of the prison in The Dark Knight Rises is my go-to scene whenever I need some inspiration and courage. I swear the part where they all say 'Rise, rise, rise' together gives me goosebumps.
Actually it's just not this scene, but so many quotes from this movie about rising, that we fall so that we can find our inner strength to rise again, all of it makes me revisit this movie again and again.

When it comes to songs, my favourites are these:
- Zindagi
-Lakshya title track
-Chand taare Tod lau
-Recently, Yeh Fitoor mera. I know it's considered a romantic song, but for me it's a song which just speaks about following your passion so madly that God is forced to make it come true for you.

Nice topic btw!

I remember binge watching on DQ,Fahad movies couple of years back.I do remwmber weird subtitles for Nithya Menen's solo song, that one abt some pancakes by grandmother😆.Though Malayalam is understandable, I always prefer watching with subtitles , so it is always torrent for me.Though I doubt those torrents being available now. 😆

Yay..Finally someone who finds the film as inspirational as i did 😆 This is my favorite exchange in the entire film-

'You do not fear death. You think this makes you strong. It makes you weak.'

'Why'

'How can you move faster then possible, fight longer then possible, without the most powerful impulse of the spirit? The fear of death'

'I do fear death. I fear dying in here while my city burns. And there's no one there to save it.'

'Then make the climb.'

'How'

'As the child did - without the rope. Then fear will find you again.'

Its so inspiring in a lot of ways 😆 And this one-

Home, where I learned the truth about despair, as will you. There's a reason why this prison is the worst hell on earth... Hope. Every man who has ventured here over the centuries has looked up to the light and imagined climbing to freedom. So easy... So simple... And like shipwrecked men turning to sea water from uncontrollable thirst, many have died trying. I learned here that there can be no true despair without hope.

This movie had some of the most kickass dialogues..

I remember watching this movie in theater and people around me were in tears after this song. Back then it didn't mean much to me but now when I look at it, this is such a beautiful song. The movie is amazing too. Love how it shows different phases of life. Each phase has so much to it.
