When The British Royals' 'palak' Question Left SRK Speechless!

On Sunday, Bollywood's top star Shah Rukh Khan, who looked dapper in a tuxedo and a bow-tie, was the host for the evening with the British Royals - Prince William and Kate Middleton along with many of his B-town colleagues. We saw the King Khan dining with the royals and trying his very best to extend a warm welcome to the esteemed guests.

During the promotional event of his movie FAN SRK spoke about this experience of dining with the royals. He narrated an especially funny incident where the royal couple asked him what is 'palak' and SRK could not remember what it is called in English.

SRK said, "At dinner I tried to explain the dishes they were eating. I don't know food very well and one time I tried to explain what palak' is in English was. I was looking around for someone to tell me what palak is in English?' I didn't want to disappoint them with my lack of knowledge of food."

Well, SRK sure had at least one learning to take away from this tete-a-tete with the royals. Isn't that cute?
