Under fire from Big Boss

There is trouble in store for Salil Ankola and it is not from the Bigg Boss. This time, it's from Balaji Telefilms' big boss, Ekta Kapoor. He's been sent a notice for not fulfilling his commitments to the production house.

House arrest

On Wednesday, The Bombay High Court restrained the cricketer-turned-actor from participating in any television programme apart from those produced by Balaji.

While signing an agreement for Balaji Telefilms' new show Kasturi, Ankola had asserted that he would not act for any other production house that will compete with Balaji Telefilms till Kasturi is completed. He has violated that agreement by participating in Sony's controversial new reality show, Bigg Boss.

Balaji Telefilms had filed a petition before Justice D K Deshmukh for restraining Ankola from participating in Bigg Boss.

But the moot question is how will Ankola be informed about this development, especially since he cannot come out of the house till he is voted out. We wonder if the celebrity guest, Shahid Kapoor, will tell him about the court directive when he enters the Bigg Boss home on Friday?
