Things fell apart on the domestic front
My washer broke, smoke came out on Saturday had a repair appointment yesterday, we survived without doing laundry for three days (house looks like a hoarder's)
With my bad back and all...
At 7 we had to go to my teenager's school for College Prep meeting
The repair guy said it was hosed, and walked away with $95

Did some quick research online, and found a Whirlpool, at Sears, didnt want to drive to the Mall Lowes' agreed to a pricematch, Lowe's is 2 miles from home.
(I am probably the least informed, most ripped off consumer... I will confess, too busy watching TV or reading politics to worry about saving money... YEP!!)
We went to the college meeting, my teenager loaded  some clothes in the washer because the repair guy indicated "Meh!! It cud last 3 loads 5 loads, cant say"

Smoke came out of it half way, he shut it and called me at the Prep meeting, AT EIGHT...

Drove over to Lowes' and ordered a new one at 8:58 PM, TWO MINUTES before store closed last night, wont be delivered until 19th

My back was killing me...

Came home fixed dinner, looked up laundromats, texted my neighbor, she is too sweet, she offered to let me use it how ever many times I want
Tried to salvage the bad load my son put...
WENT TO BED


Went to work today, went to Target bought stupid Valentine's cards for 8 year old (what a silly tradition)
Took him to soccer... and am home now...
Sorry walked over next door, brought one washed load to dry in my dryer and loaded another

Jeez Nisha...sounds like the week from hell.  I just had to buy a new washer too...  Ours crapped after nearly 11 years.
