It's obvious chachu and chachi did not want the bhallas to have any sort of happiness and they have quite succeeded in doing it by hurting ranjan 

'm so proud of Manny. We all keep framing retorts arguments in our head but a very few actually speak their mind and such courage is admirable to people like me who keep boiling inside have so much to say but keep quiet for some or the other reason.

I don't think Ranjan can go away like this without informing even II
No matter wht and how much angry he may be or disappointed from his kids!!

I also think so at the time of Navratri also Chachi created war by inviting II to her place...
Not gifting II appropriately was another one...
Now one not coming to the function and then coming after a weak and taunting creating havoc and
Scratching old wounds which they r trying to cover up by small happiness they got!!

And it was high time both of them needed reality check
