Wonderful analysis just like today's episode.
A very nice episode with such a beautiful message. The best part was the Kaushalya and Ram's conversation. Loved it.And finally we get to see a glimpse of Sita.Dialouge of the day:The Mithila scene were Raja Janak says he wants to see whether Ram will rule on the people or people's heart. We also saw how Raja Janak too had the same thoughts. But we got see another side of him how he respects everyone's thoughts and never imposes his on others. As you said one of the best episode!!!!
Raja Janak though a King, is like a Rishi in his thoughts, and today we also saw that he has conviction, but is not a hardliner. And what superb thoughts and dialogues we got today!
Awesome analysis and a very insightful post..
Lovely mention of Kausalya and Rama's dialog ...ram being the initiator of change doesn't force or order his views or even say its his wish ..Kausalya would have supported ram even if he have said mom I feel its bad ..please we will do like this...and she could have given in just to satisfy his son ..but would true change has come ? No as change or realization has to come from within..Here again he puts into action his gurus wise words as he doesn't question the tradition itself and call it absurd like jabali does but respect the sentiments and make the individual even realize an alternate that in no way would hurt ..Most of the changes starts from home and what better way than start it from his mother even...another lovely episode with beautiful messages ..a life lesson on how to putforth your thoughts without hurting the existing sentiments..
Beautiful analysis Arshics. I thought Guru Vasishth will give an explanation for the animal sacrifice but CV's skipped the part and went with Ram's alternative solution for the practice.
See its always matha-pita-guru-deivam(god). As we all know matha shows us our pita and he takes us to guru and in turn guru leads us to know god by enlightening our knowledge. When the move of ashwamedh yajna is actually initiated by pita accepted by guru, the ultimate choice is to go to matha to get the solution as she is the sathya roopa of god for every living beings (there are certain exceptions like kunti).
Ram went to Jabali in search of answer for his questions (CV's shows that Ram accepted him as a guru next to Vasishth, till meeting vishwamitra) where he ended up with the conclusion that the practice is wrong but there is no need for someone has to come and change it. Jabali's words clearly indicated that though we all know that certain issue is wrong and adharma, we wait for so-called someone to come and change. I feel as long as we dont have the mentality to stop/change the mistake in the society no point in simply blaming others. We are also part of society and we should not be an invertebrate.
Kaushalya's thought of making golden horse once again (next to golden shanta statue) laid the foundation for the sita statue in later stage.
The thought of Ram and the reaction of Sita was a beautiful portrayal of the CV's to highlight the understanding aspects of Ram-Sita w/o even knowing each other.
So sentimentally, Sita (lakshmi) intro is going to be on Friday. I like it.
I liked the entire dialogue of today's episode. My appreciation for the CV's and their team.

thanks for that insight . đđ. hmm i thought jabali is just a rebel.. but your insight make it very clear .. a guru can guide either ways ...
