Now it is not about who Meher wants. But who Ishaan wants. Can Abeer replace Akshat in Ishaan's heart. That is the big question Abeer will have to answer. And that is where in the present Akshat will score over Abeer also.
Abeer wanted a perfect Meher, while Akshat was willing to take her with imperfections. I want to see the ego crushed to nil for Abeer when he realizes Meher is not marrying the single father, but in fact Akshat has supported the single mother Meher was and he is infact adopting another man's child as his own.
Abeer will have to strive to create a space in his child's mind and he is going to understand it is not easy. That is where Abeer is gonna understand his father and the security Kuber has provided for him. Yes Kuber may be a bad man in many ways, but the fact remains that he cared for his son, have done enough to provide him a secure life. Maybe his ways were different. Kuber was badhameez in Abeer's eyes. Now Abeer is badhameez in Ishaan's eyes.
Being a lover , being a husband and being a father all are different, which needs different maturity levels. Akshat has that maturity level. Yes he is not adventurous, a little bit boring. But then he offers security, stability not only for Meher but also for Ishaan. He is a very responsible young man who can handle a family maturely and a woman actually needs a man like Akshat for long term.
Abeer really has to grow, he needs to understand being a family man is not easy. He has to take up responsibilities. He has to own his actions. Simply singing " Mere Nishaan " is not enough.
