Hello everyone! I am Ramya. I recently started watching this show mainly because i am a huge admirer of the mahabharat and particularly of arjun. 😳 Also,we never got to see much about karna's personal life and him as a person much in the epic.
Its nice meeting all of you. 😊

@Nonie..Agree with you Arjun..Krishnaji friendship is beyond human understanding..

Krishnaji was Arjun guiding force and the love for his Parth was eternal..As he said noone in this world is dearer to him than Arjuna.He can't think to live in a world deprived of Arjun..

Krishnaji also called Arjun Anagha.Pure hearted and refered to him as Purusharshva..best of men..

Arjun unwillingness to do his duty as a warrior as fighting ends with destruction, killing we got Krishnaji's Bhagavad Gita..a Doctrine of universal truth..

The journey of Arjun the warrior Prince continues and this time to fight against Drupada ...Acharya Drona gives them the permission to attack Panchal king..

Duryodhan with his usual attitude asks to go first with his brothers because together with the Pandavs ,they will not be able to decide who is worth for the hastinapur throne.

Though Bheem did not agree to it but yudhishtir accepts to let Duryodhan go first to fight against Drupada ...

Well Duryodhan is for a big surprise as Arjun and his brothers will victorious in the end.

Waiting to watch how Arjun defeats King Drupada...

was nice discussion of Arjun going on. @1rockstar you can try Vivek Debroy's translation of Critical Edition or B|OR|I but the thing is i don't find its also fully authentic. it only went through all versions and took common verses from all version and had put it together. even vivek debroy's translation was not accurate. so i don't feel its more authentic than KMG. i more believe on Kaliprasanna Singh's bengali translation of Mahabharat as it was oldest translation of modern age (during 1860's)

but all scholars say Kashmiri Mahabharat is most accurate

The panchal attack by Arjun and his Brothers.

Duryodhan and brothers are captured prisoners by Drupada and humiliates Acharya Drona once again...

Acharya Drona feeling disgraced by the insult of Drupada is ready to fight against him with his bow and arrow..Arjun stopped him to do so..

Finally Acharya Drona challenges drupada and tells him that he does not have one warrior but five that will defeat him..He blesses Arjun and asks him to get his gurudakshina..meaning King Drupada..

Arjun with full determination looks on at Drupada ...He is ready for the fight to make his guru proud and also to heal his wound of the past by defeating Drupada..

How Arjun comes out victorious from this fight with Drupada?..Dont miss the Mahaepi on sunday at 9 PM...
