Last year it was shown Shagun had severe complications when she was pregnant second time. The doctor even mentioned that it would risk her life and she would face complications in future as well. Despite that, Raman took a decision to abort the child (Ruhi) to save Shagun's life. Somehow the doctor managed to save both the mother and the child. It was 7 years ago, now logically it will be more complicated if Shagun wants to get pregnant or tries to be a surrogate for others. And, why would a fertility specialist hire a woman for surrogacy who has complications and her last pregnancy was full of hazards?

Bingo

If Shagun and the baby can be saved 7 years back with less technology, they can definitely save Ishu and the baby with more medical and technological advancement. They can definitely show some complications, like premature delivery etc, high trp, emotional ishra. Guys can you come up
With something?

She was not pregnant. She missed her monthly cycle menstruation. So, she thought that she is pregnant. She and Ashok even went to the doctor for checkup and doctor told her its because of her hormones disturbance and there is nothing like that
