An excerpt from brief conversation with actor Rajeev Khandelwal, active in both films & TV...& currently playing Kabir Sharma in Sony TV's Reporters.

Q. Kabir-Ananya have fallen in love, so can we hear the wedding bells ringing soon?

As of yet Kabir just fallen in love, Its just the beginning ...I myself haven't been told if he will marry Ananya or not. But yes, Kabir's past which had been under wraps until now will surely come out in open gradually layer by layer.

Q . Being part of Reporters, playing a Reporters how much you understand about lives of Reporter?

To quite a certain extent, but as an actor even being part of Reporters , I still used to understand back then...because as soon as you became an actor you come in contacts of Reporters. But yes, now I understand much better their pressures, them asking negative questions & stress & hardwork they go through. Earlier used to get angry at their negative questions but not now.

Q. Why is it that onscreen reporters "Popatlal of TMKOS" or Kabir of Reporters are shown falling in love?

It is not that a Reporter never falls in love, they don't experience Love, do agreed onscreen it might be exaggerated because a reporter's life is larger than life. Does in real life Police beats 10 ppl singlehandedly, they just handle the matters accordingly...but onscreen its shown little differently...I think it should not be matter of anger but of happiness...& I will be more than happy if after watching the show people would wish to Reporter/journalism as profession.

Q. For onscreen romance, a good understanding & coordination with co star is a must..How been yours with Kritika ?

Its been good, though sometimes even with less interaction b/w still story comes out good... I feel more than personal understanding...professional understanding should be better b/w two actors...When onscreen they should forget their personal differences.

Q. Any film project in Pipeline?

Fever is complete & ready to realease soon, a romantic thriller shot in indoor & outdoor shoots in beautiful locales.

My hometown is in Jaipur, while me & my wife stay in Mumbai...Elder brother is in Indian Army...& younger brother in Banking...Though its quite rare get to visit Jaipur...but still whenever flight passes through its nostalgic.
