Here we welcome a Lot of debate...and have had many before
Doesn't mean we are teaming up against you
Just another day me and nouf had a long discussion about Manny...and it was not really drawing swords against each other
Oh ya we have swords...the musketeers do...Dint they nouf?
In the tale or real life...there is nothing wrong in a mother teaching a daughter to cook and manage home after work
It doesn't demean a women's respect to do these things...I work and cook later...when home also care for the family
And It gives me immense happiness doing so..
In the tale...nisha has jotted down each character close to reality
And amma here out if her experience and the bitterness of it...teaches II hiw tough life can be
Our parents sat things in the worst possible manner...as in they say life is a bug shit hole... And so on...so that we are prepared for the worse
Yes a mother can teach a girl how she can manage while she points out how there is equality in genders
But come on... If mom sugar coated things for u...reality will be unbearable
And BTW the take is frank and real
I'm a slight feminist too... But no where in real life today do we face such equality
My dad cooks in weekends for mum...but she has to for the entire week
My cousins are allowed to stay out after 12am...we need to be back home... Cos they are boys and we arnt
No point writing a tale that holds fake notions about life...
Better today accept realities and still do your best as a woman
And BTW a warm welcome to the family...hope you enjoy your time here
