Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut was initially titled as the Filmfare Award for Lux New Face Of the Year, which commenced in 1989, a special award was given to Tabu in 1995 under the title of Best Debut of the year. The award i.e., LNF of the year was last given to Preity Zinta in 1999, the following year it was renamed as the Filmfare award for best female debut and that has been its title ever since.

Deepika most deserved. She became most searched on 2008 over Aish and other popular actress on that year. And 2013 she became BO Queen.
