Reading all this i have no symphaty for Varun anymore. These Star kids are getting always special treatments from the industry overhyping, good projects, if its a flop they get support from them. There are better actors than Varun. Why not considering for example Sushant for good projects? Why hyping star kids more when they are overhyped give others also an opportunity.

Shusant had DBB. One of the best characters you could ask for a movie adaption. It was directed by Dibakar as well.

KJo only favors the star kids/ BW kids nowadays, otherwise he would sign Sushant who would be a much better choice!

Sushant wont be a good choice for Shuddi.

And he has Dhoni's biopic as well. If DBB had worked he would have gotten countless offers. It happens with everyone, give it some time and he will start getting those offers again.

Paani isn't going to take off, but if it does, it is easily the best project any of the youngster can ask for. That along with Fitoor. BO wise both will be great (moderate at worst) but they will leave a huge and lasting impression on the views. That is the benefit of doing good movies

But yeah, I get the point. Sushant isn't getting as many offers as the star-kids but that was bound to happen. It has always been this way. A shame though.
