He is Raman Bhalla, fondly referred to by his family as R&B ...is a lean, 6'3"... 30 year old... Paris based, single... wealthy Punjabi venture capital ist, he's a co investor/partner in a French company called Argent Graines which translates to Silver Seeds 😃

He returns to India... reluctantly... to manage his Dad's biz, a chain of automobile dealerships across North India called Excelsior Automobiles... for M company cars He abandoned the family over a scandal that rocked it three years ago. To say he doesn't like his Dad would be an understatement.😭

She is Ishita Iyer a slender 5'9" 27 year old... IIM MBA & CPA , and a MS in IT from the USA single... Delhi based Iyer, daughter of a bureaucrat...she is a Public Accountant and SW Mgr with KMPG Inc. signs off her emails with a "II"😳

Her company will install and support a transaction processing SW called TransPro in Excelsior😃
BTW she has a broken heart also😳...

Ufff...Manny behaved typically for a girl in her position...

I have always felt that Sam and Ranjan is very much sweet to her...From their positions, I can understand that.. Sam knows and understands that R&B was pathetically living after the scandal and II is a pick their family would never get at this position... I mean which respected family who is not interested in just their money would marry into a family with a scandal...and for Ranjan, he wanted a soul who can be compassionate to him...So they are oversweet to II...

But for Manny, she doesn't feel that R&B wanted someone and from her point of view she has always been skeptical about this marriage...The reason is also her marriage experience... So she thinking II as a gold digger is natural...

Saying all this, I don't think II is going to worry about this...Sure manny is not a friend and one whom she wouldn't be close with...

and over time manny may understand that she is the best for R&B...

And finally Nish, I would have loved a convo between manny and appa during marriage...But u left it out ...😭 She would have shown appa the place...😆

Nisha you have now upped the ante...with sex done, sweet nothings spoken between fils and sils and nils, it's back to business. Imagine if APPA finds out that II has been gifted an apartment in chennai...most likely for the purpose of settling them there after retirement...he will most certainly freak out.

Isn't it interesting that sometimes the best of gestures, turn out to be the worst of actions. I really hope that the prenup is soon revealed to MMites and DII ites. Wonder what ten reaction would be.

For me manny is that distant relative who calls maybe once in 2 months...who might understand about II at some point in time...but who will not actively care or ever become a friend of II...
