keenz rules says old active members make threads not the new log😃

the layout of this CC was done a year ago but the rules were written when the 10th CC opened I think, so at that time nobody came in this CC, not even me so they wrote that no one can make it but i need to fix the rules and write any member of this CC can 😳

Nah it wasn't that bad keenz jus copy paste and your done...jus needed to double check i didnt miss anything was the hard part
