I watched that college wala lift scene recently where they fight...after Kashaf reaches home she brusquely thanks Zaroon and couldnt wait to get away. No wonder Zaroon was traumatized over it so many years later too. 😆Kashaf has special difficulty in thanking him...hence I think she smiled when he reminded her of it...that this time it wasnt so tough for her to thank him.

Neerja I loved that Coffee Story! I think its sumthing that most mothers teach their daughters.. Its lyk my mother advising me thru difficult tyms very gently and sensibly. 😊

Shukriya Itni tareef ke liye Rupali. 🤗 And thank you for Zaroon! 😳 I've been in Lucknow all thru my life and urdu is a part of everyday conversation here! Isliye I tend to understand the difficult words spoken sumtyms on Zindagi. You see, Urdu is becuming quite famous nowdays in India but in Lucknow it was ever since a part of our daily conversations. Not only this, I have muslim frnds in University and they are amused at how I understand their conversations and language.. 😆😆 But yes indeed, Urdu is a beautiful and sweet language.

Shanaya my father and grandfather knew urdu and most of their papers after their death we found are written in Urdu and none of us know Urdu . My grand father was urdu poet who was given the title of Raj Kavi , he wrote so many books . I just know few alphabets . Urdu is very sweet and tehzeeb wali language and Lucknow is famous for this .

My mom knows Urdu and in fact wld read urdu novels, nd the thing is dat I can read Urdu and speaking I can do coz it's so much similar to Hindi. It's just tht some words just bounce off my head.

Also my mother tongue is gujarati, bit we hv a distinct language too, which is actually a mixture of gujarati, urdu and Arabic and though in our day to day life we don't converse in dat, but whn it comes to formal occasions we do and in fact after watching plays on Zindagi, I hv started to underatnd so many words tht r used.😆😆
