Scene shifts to the hospital where Dr. Neil storms in the canteen and vents out his anger and frustration at Dr. Aman for being so ignorant towards Ragini's financial crisis. He ridicules the latter by uttering that joining hands and obeying won't make him a good husband. Neil further reveals that Ragini is selling her house and that he extended his helping hand but her ego came in middle. Aman stops Neil from speaking further and states that he doesn't require the latter to instruct him what to do and leaves.
Scene shifts to Ragini's residence. Aman tells her that she hurt him a lot. They have spent almost 52000 hours together in past 15 years and he shares all his problems with her, so why she couldn't reveal her financial crisis to him as a friend! Aman further utters that she'll have to grant his words or else he'll expose the reality of their relationship to Neil. Saying so, he adds that he'll handle the wedding expenses. Ragini hesitates but Aman tells her that he isn't doing a favor and it'll be a loan.
Pam is troubled due to the pain in her legs. Dimpy tells her that nothing else can be expected from a naive Sunny Tai. Pam disagrees on Sunny Tai being called naive and claims that her action was Ragini's brainchild. Karan utters that Ragini wouldn't even have been aware of it. It must be a coincidence. Pam fumes at Karan and Dimpy for being sympathetic towards Ragini and asks them to look at the latter from her sight. Pam goes inside and Neil arrives announcing that Ragini is going to sell her house. Karan wonders that why he's getting hyper. Neil utters that Nishi is his daughter too. Karan denies it, reminding him of his words and asks that why he's so affected now? He then states that Neil is affected because Ragini didn't seek his help. Neil utters that he tried to help but she didn't desire so. Ragini arrives with Aman. Aman tells Neil that he's going to handle all the finances for Nishi's wedding as now he must fulfil his genuine responsibilities. Karan requests Neil and Ragini that all the wedding functions will take place in his halls. Ragini is hesitant but Aman holds holds her hands and agrees with Karan. Neil gazes upon with sadness and pain. The two leave.
Karan and Aagam are playing a game when Dimpy arrives and scolds Karan on seeing his call details consisting girls. She tells him that he'll have to sleep on sofa and leaves before Karan couldn't explain anything. Karan gets to know that Aagam talked to those girls actually. Aagam seeks Karan's favor for his birthday party and tells something to him.
Ragini becomes emotional due to Aman's support. Aman tells her that he wanted to show Neil that she isn't starving for his support and now this struggle doesn't belong to her alone. They both hug. Aman thinks that for the first time he did something being free of the slightest hesitation and wonders why he loves Ragini so much. Neil stares at them and recalls his past memories associated with her. Nivedita comes and asks him that why he's sad and says that she's with him forever. She holds his shoulders, Ragini looks at them and gets jealous.
