Ragini and Nishi come back at home and Ragini asks Nishi why did she invite the USA family to live with them. She didn't even bother to consult with her. Nishi replies they are their own relative and if they can come from USA to attend her wedding why can't she invite them to live there. Ragini says the USA family are not their 'apne' and they came to India as guests. Neil has come not for daughter Nishi, to keep watch on his sons lest they get closer to their mom. Ragini further says though she had given birth to Ranbir and Agam she is mother of only two because while separation she and Neil divided their children. Dimpy sees him leaving the room and asks what's the matter to Pam. Pam informs Dimpy about Neil joining Ragini's hospital. Latter gives Pam a good news that Nivedita is coming. To tie Neil with Nivedita Pam suggests Dimpy to book a table for the two. Dimpy says if Ragini didn't remarry she would try getting Neil-Ragini together. Seeing Pam shocked Dimpy says they just know Ragini but Neil understands her but as Ragini is married now she wants Neil to be settled in his life too.
In the morning at hospital Dr. Devika says sorry to Ragini for being unable to attend Nishi's engagement. She goes to drink water, but drops the water from bottle when she sees handsome Neil coming (😆) . She approaches Neil and tries to flirt with him, he gives her fitting replies sweetly and asks to help about a problem in his cabin. When Devika says its Ragini's department Neil denies to take her help. When he leaves Devika tells Ragini that he's divorced and wonders why would any woman leave a man like him. She asserts he must have left that woman. An angry Ragini says the case is opposite actually, when Devika says how does she know, she leaves from there. Even after taunting him at his attitude Ragini has to go in Neil's cabin because Neil calls her saying its raining in his cabin and being the administrative head she must check. She goes to see outside the window Neil switches on the a.c and some water drops fall on her eyes, she stumbles back and Neil manages to hold her in time.
Agam is getting ready to go for the family dinner at Ragini's house. Neil questions seeing him in traditional Gujrati festive outfit. Hearing Agam's reply that he wants to know the meaning of relations, family and wants to attend Nishi's wedding as a brother Neil forbids him. But Agam says sorry to his dad because he'll not obey Neil's order and tries to move. Neil stops him saying he himself will also go with Agam and the latter becomes happy.
