Moti ask jodha that they should hurry up for bb's daughter's name ceremony as she's maami, jodha says she's all ready n as they leave resham came to meet jodha, she told jodha about maham's condition n begs her to do sumthing as she has served her for her life n now she can't leave her like this, jodha says its not in her hands but she insist a lot so jodha says she'll think about it later, they leave.
In the court, all arrives, jalu meet sharifu's father, he ask for sorry for sharifu's deeds, jalu says that he has already forgived him, the ceremony starts, priest prays n give a tabeez to the baby, then ask if thy have sum name decided, sharifu suggests name Mehtab,he says it means moon light, his daughter has brought light in his life, jalu says he has becum shayar, all ask jalu to give her blessings, jalu took her n says that he decided sum states to bb's son but now she's a girl still his decision is the same as he didn't differentiate between girl n boy so give those states to the girl n orders that from now girl n boy are equal in his empire, he leaves, sharifu n his dad make some plan again (both evil).
Jodha appreciates jalu for doing so much for the praja specially for women, either widow remarriage, abolishing child marriage n now this equal rights, she's proud of him, he says that she gave him all these ideas, a maid came n informs that ruqu ask every1 to gather in DEA, she has came with some request, jalu doubts n they leaves for DEA.
All gets curious about ruqu's sudden call, all gather in DEA, as jalu came ruqu request to come forward n plead like a faryadi, she says that she wants something from king, n shows him the farmaan, hamida ask her that she should have asked it in private, ruqu says she did but the king denies so she has to use this method, jalu getting angry ask her to not cross limits n stop but she put forward her request of having one of jodha's baby, all were shocked, jalu explains that this wish can't be fulfilled as he can't separate a mother from a chil.
Ruqu being stubborn says that he fulfilled jodha's request of forgiving khaiber then y not hers she's not asking for much, the baby is jalal's so she has right, n morover he/she gonna stay in palace n jodha also have 1 baby, jalu still denies it strictly n says that if she want anything else she can get it, ruqu says that its of no use for a childless mother, jalu ask if she want to give any punishment to him she can but he can't do it, ruqu says its his punishment that a king is not able to fulfill his promise.
Next scene, ruqu was really upset n crying, jodha came to her, ruqu emo blackmail her saying that she can't be a mother n now in jalu's eyes er reputation is of a maid only, he has proved that he only love jodha n no one matter for him, salima has rahim, jodha will get 2 babies n only she has left, bcoz of that ark she can't be a mother, n leaves, jodha feels bad.
Precap: Jodha goes to meet maham, got hurt, jalu saw the wound n ask about it.
