Yes and no. Yes it will have an impact on Sid's career if it flops as no actor wants a flop on their resume. But flops happen to everyone. The trailer looks very polished and very good. Sid, Akshay, Karan Malhotra, Jackie Shroff and everyone else have done their best and have done everything they could for this film. If the film flops due to lack of promotions at this point I think other filmmakers, productions houses etc would know what the cause or reason was so the impact on Sid or the other actors' careers won't be as huge as it might seem on the surface.

I always suspect that there is a HUGE difference between what a lot if these filmmakers share publicly and what really goes on behind closed doors at meetings.
