Arjun-Purvi died offscreen during the last leap. and before that, they had reunited and gone abroad for Arjun treatment, he had some sort of disease. (basically because Asha+Ritvik didn't want to play their characters anymore as their characters had nothing to do courtesy of CVs).

Soham also disappeared during last leap, probably died from like alcohol abuse or something. (also because Ankit didn't want to play grandfather role).

Ovi and Pia are also gone. (Shruti (ovi actress) quit the show a while back because her character wasn't doing much in the drama and Karishma (pia actress) just went awol and stopped coming to shoot and CVs decided to put her character on the back burner as well.

Ankita's mom is Soham's first wife. She died I think. Sonu and Pranav are from Soham's second wife who ran away I think because she couldn't bear living with Soham anymore.

Pari and Naren adopted Aashi because Rushali told them to and also because Pari was not able to conceive. She was pregnant but than Naren caused an accident so she lost her child. She blamed Naren and their marriage started suffering. Rushali found out that Aashi was Naren's biological child so she stole her and brought her to Naren and Pari and pretended that she found Aashi outside their house. She made them adopt Aashi because she thought it would be good for their marriage -- having a kid because not having a kid was causing them problems--.

Ankita thought she was having a baby boy (courtesy of what Ranvijay dad Gopal predicted) and thus never thought that she had a daughter. Also, Rushali came and stole Aashi when Aashi was born and paid the doctor to tell Ankita that her baby died. So Ankita thought her baby boy died. But she had no idea that she had a baby girl and that baby girl was stolen and is alive.
